Background
Artists commonly take difficult situations like war, famine, quarantine, political unrest, and more, to create work about their experiences, thoughts, or analysis during that time. For this assignment we made a small body of work based off our own interests and ideas during the pivotal time in history of COVID-19.
Result
For this series, I focused on my newest hobby of skating/long boarding which was induced by the pandemic. I focused on shooting not only motion type images but also formal portraits using primarily natural light. The series consists of wide and medium length images.
